We are seeking forward-thinking people leaders and industry experts to present at the inaugural 2024 Human Resource Executive® Elevate People Conference

Can you contribute to igniting change in the HR industry? Will CEOs, CHROs, VPs of HR, Directors of HR and total rewards professionals get immediate and actionable value from your presentation? If you answered yes to any or all of the above, we invite you to submit a proposal to present at the debut of the Human Resource Executive® Elevate People Conference, the nation’s top gathering of the savviest HR and people driven leaders. 

We are seeking industry experts and HR executive innovators, problem solvers, futurists, and people advocates who are willing to share their strategies, successes and lessons learned. We are also looking for vendors and consultants to present along with their employer clients. These sessions should give practical tips to attendees and must not sell a product or service, but rather inform and educate.

Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Empathetic, vulnerable, and transparent leadership
  • The evolution of ESG and Corp accountability
  • Identity, activism, and the role of HR 
  • Performance, productivity, people measurement 
  • Transformation in an era of constant change 

Types of sessions and requirements:

Keynote/General Sessions (45 minutes)

A presentation on strategic topics suitable for all HR executives and professionals, our keynote speakers have a prominent level of visibility in creating a people-centric culture.

Mega Session (45 minutes)

These sessions are designed to examine the latest, most innovative and/or emerging topics and trends, representing the leading thinking in our industry. 

Workshops (1 hour 45 minutes)

These are immersive and educational working sessions whereby attendees are highly focused on critical and timely topics, perform collaborative and engaging activities, and walk away with actionable and immediate next steps.

Breakouts (30 minutes)                   

These sessions cover specific workplace challenges and opportunities related to the potential topics listed above. This can take the form of panel discussions, lectures, workshops, or roundtable discussions (up to three presenters, including the moderator, per breakout session).

All sessions that intend to be conducted in a panel format, must include all panelists in the proposal submission.
