Bernie is currently Senior Vice President, Global Benefits and Well-being for AECOM, the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management. AECOM has 50,000 employees in 54 countries worldwide.
In his role, Bernie is responsible for health care, retirement, group, voluntary, lifestyle, perks and well-being benefit programs and benefits communications, benefits compliance, benefits delivery and M and A and benefits activities globally. He also continues to serve as the Executive Sponsor for AECOM’s LGBTQ+ Pride Employee Resource Group – not only providing leadership counsel to this group, but also educating them about benefits and programs available for their specific needs. And his work doesn’t stop there – he regularly presents to internal teams and additional ERGs to make sure that everyone knows the benefits and programs available for their unique needs at a time when inclusivity has never been more important.
